DAILY soul series

Start with Videos 1, 2, and 3 for at least 21 days — they are the foundation of the series and the ones I personally still practice daily to feel my best. Whenever possible, I recommend doing the movements barefoot to connect more deeply with the earth. I love practicing outside in a park, at the beach, or at home on a Grounding Mat.

These first three videos incorporate Qigong, a practice often used medicinally to strengthen the body’s energy system. With consistent practice, you’ll begin to build your chi (“life force”), support your organs, improve balance, boost your energy, and feel more grounded.

You’re always welcome to explore the entire series if you feel called or have extra time — but beginning with these first three will give you the strongest foundation.
