If you need additional in-person support (like acupuncture, bodywork, or functional testing), I can also act as your concierge, helping you identify vetted healers, practitioners, and unique experts in your local area that you might not easily find on your own.

  • A single session is perfect if you need targeted support, quick clarity, or a personalized wellness plan. Packages allow us to go deeper, building sustainable changes over time with ongoing support, customized plans, and regular check-ins to adjust as you heal.

  • Sessions must be used within 6 months of your purchase date to keep your healing journey consistent and effective. Unused sessions are not refundable, but I’m flexible about rescheduling when life gets in the way—within that 6-month period.
